A sidebar with relevant submissions for Hacker News

I browse Hacker News almost daily, and I’ve noticed that I’m always intrigued and want to explore more discussions. This meant I end up with many tabs open, constantly switching between HN, Google, and https://hn.algolia.com/.

So, I created a browser extension called HNRelevant that adds a sidebar with similar discussions. Implementation-wise, it basically integrates https://hn.algolia.com/ directly into Hacker News.

It has become a central part of my HN experience.
If you use Hacker News, give it a try and let me know what you think. Any feedback is welcome.

Oh! What a clever way to reuse the HN index!

Do you mind if I share this over on the Algolia Discord server? (Or you’re welcome to share it yourself if you’re on the server: Algolia)
