Add a new parameter to url when having a query/facet selected

Hello eveyrone,

First of all, I am using NextJS and Algolia in my project. I would like to add new parameters to the URL (don’t have to do with algolia params, they have a different purpose) but I can’t do it due to they disappear of the URL. I don’t know if it has to do with the NextJS router or Algolia itself. Has anybody encountered this problem? Any help is appreciated.

Are you using InstantSearch to build your frontend? It’s possible the routing logic from InstantSearch is the culprit. You may need to take over the URL rewriting manually to preserve your additional parameters.
