API is returning different results for the same query

When using Algolia, the Algolia console / dashboard always gives the same results.

However, when using the API, we seem to get different results back.

For instance, searching for ‘stone’ via the API, sometimes I get no results (taken from the API log in Algolia dashboard):

Could you please write to Algolia Support @ support@algolia.com precising:

  • your appID,
  • the index name you are testing,
  • the API client and version you are using

Please also reference this thread so we have all the details on the query you just shared, and finally provide us read access to your dashboard at https://www.algolia.com/account/support so that we can see your logs and try the query from your dashboard.

What I am super confused by is I just upgraded from Community to Develop plan and it all seems to have fixed itself?
