Can't switch to free plan

I recently opened an account with a paid plan during the trial period. Trial period expired and i want to switch to free plan but i have the following issues:

  • index has more records than allowed for free plan
  • i’m trying tho clear the index but is not working (apparently because of the above)

So i can’t do anything now…

Please advise.

It may be because we check at the maximum of records you had in the current month.
