Dynamic Date in Query Rule

I’d like to implement a query rule that will apply a filter that will use the current date, I can’t find anyway of defining the current date value so that it’s dynamic and always the current date.

So I’d like to define the rule that will find searches such as ‘New Bags’.
Remove the New keyword and find only Bags with the timestamp greater then today.
I have the following rule so far as

{
  "conditions": [
    {
      "anchoring": "startsWith",
      "pattern": "New",
      "alternatives": false
    }
  ],
  "consequence": {
    "params": {
      "query": {
        "remove": [
          "New"
        ]
      },
      "filters": "( new_value > TODAYS_DATE )"
    },
    "filterPromotes": true
  }
}

But how can I make the TODAYS_DATE variable in the Algolia Consequence Query rule editor?
