Force full synchronization with Magento 2

Hello everybody!

I don’t know if this question is asked before, but I couldn’t find it in the past Q&A posts. We recently upgraded from a free plan (for testing purposes) to a billed plan, but now the amount of results in Algolia is capped. To synchronize this and push all products and categories from Magento 2 to Algolia, we need to do a full synchronization. The problem is that the next two commands process a queue, but that queue isn’t filled with anything:

PROCESS_FULL_QUEUE=1 php path/to/magento/bin/magento indexer:reindex algolia_queue_runner
php bin/magento indexer:reindex algolia_products algolia_categories algolia_pages algolia_suggestions algolia_additional_sections

Is there anyone that has a step-by-step solution to synchronize everything from Magento 2, to Algolia when the queue isn’t filled?

Kind Regards,
Wouter

Hello Wouter,

Can you provide more information on your set up? How was it been configured? Is queue configured? This will allow us to better troubleshoot and fix the right issue. Thanks.
