This is any way to get recommended products that have nearby locations by geo-location [longtitude, latitude]?

As long as your data has the appropriate _geoloc attribute, you can use geo-search filters for Recommendations. The results will be ranked first by proximity (aroundRadius, etc.) and then by the Recommendation model.
