How to avoid hiding items with count == 0 in RefinementList

Is there a way to avoid hiding the items for a RefinementList that have 0 count?
This is relevant to our application since the expected design is to show a disabled item for those that have no results.

Hi @sergio.s,

Thanks for contacting Algolia!

With the out-of-the-box refinementList widget, it behaves as you describe and hides the facet values with 0 count.

However, widgets are customizable. You can build your own widget using connectRefinementList and in this way set/force the values to be shown:

I hope this helps!

Hi @ajay.david,

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I’m using the React library and also the connectRefinementList. However, I’m not finding anything from its props that allows me to control the items that are returned.
I can change how they are displayed with transformItems, but even there I only get the items that have results.

I might be missing something here, though

Hi everyone. I also have this specific use case. Is there a way to achieve this?

I’ve got the same issue. How to hide empty refinementList? I’m using vue library.
