If the objectID is no longer available in index, does it still counted as an operation?

say for example I want to delete some records using this code:

index.deleteObjects(['ID1', 'ID2', 'ID3', 'ID4'], (err, content) => {
  if (err) throw err;

  console.log(content);
});

as you can see, the intention of code above is to delete 4 records in my index. but the ID1, ID2 and ID3 is actually no longer available in the index. so the code above will just delete ID4.

so how will I get charged ? is it counted as 4 delete record operations or it is just considered as 1 operation ?
