I have Zendesk hooked up and it is only pulling in 41 articles. I click reindex and the log seems as if it is getting up to 286 but then for whatever reason it only shows 41 articles in my index on my dashboard.
It’s likely that the other articles are private ones.
We only index public ones, for security reasons. Indeed, there is no way for us, using Help Center templates, to conditionally load the correct API key to the users. So in the end, we only allow for search in public articles.
