My ZenDesk dont create Index with Algolia Conector and no Reindex

My algolia has been malfunctioning lately, is not making some settings, or accepting connections to new indices.

I created a new APP in another account, to do all initial setup again, but it did not work

I am currently indexed zero and I am not using a plan that I am paying to have, could you please help me make the connection again with ZenDesk?
