No Follow Up from Sales

Hi Algolia,

I’ve been requesting for a follow-up / enterprise talk with a member of your sales team for over a week now (sent in a request on 7/17) and I haven’t received a call or anything.

I sent in another request today (7/25) to see if any calls would come in and nothing still.

Overall, definitely disappointed with the response time. We had high hopes for this product but if the response time is this lacking, we can only imagine the support staff response time.
