Regarding the analysis results not being displayed

We are not seeing any results in our dashboard analytics, even though we have a search request.
Will this need to be configured in the dashboard?

We have checked the operation in our local environment with the free plan and it is working fine.

You should get basic search analytics straight out-of-the-box without any configuration.

Maybe double check this is in fact the the index your front end is hitting (correct AppID and index name). If it is, and searches are working, you may need to open a support ticket so they can take a closer look on the back end.

If searches are working fine and you’ve confirmed the index and are still not getting analytics, you should open a support ticket referencing the App ID and index that are failing.
