Send email to confirm receipt of support ticket

When sending a support request to, would be helpful to receive a confirmation email stating the request was indeed received (e.g. the typical email any Zendesk-type system sends).

I sent a request about a week ago (for an account-specific issue) and have not yet heard back. Without a confirmation email I can only assume my request never made the queue, so my only path forward is to resend the support request thus unnecessarily flooding the queue with duplicate requests.

We did indeed receive your email last week, but were still investigating how to solve it. Sorry for the delay, and we’re looking if our system allows those kind of confirmation emails, thanks!
