Statistics missing despite searches

I receive several searches per day:

But the analytics section of the dashboards has no data for any index:

Why is that? ‘Search Analytics’ is listed as a feature in every plan.

For a search to be tracked in your analytics dashboard, then you will need to ensure that the search was run with analytics enabled. You can control this with the analytics parameter: analytics | API parameters | API Reference | Algolia Documentation

When analytics is set to false the search will not turn up in your Algolia Analytics, please can you check what value is being set for analytics in your searches?

Thanks for the reply! I don’t have analytics disabled, so it should work since it’s enabled by default from what I understand.

When I go to the dashboard and select Search Analytics → Searches, I get the ‘Unreachable hosts’ message. Do you know what this means?

I don’t think the suggestion of this error message applies to me. I’ve double-checked my app ID. Plus searches work well (only analytics not), and that wouldn’t happen if I used an incorrect ID.
