Waiting 3 days & counting for an acknowledgement of my support ticket

I posted this 3 days ago and have emailed your support 2x regarding the same. Unfortunately no response to all 3. As a paying Algolia customer (for 4+ years) this is really disappointing.
How much longer till I can expect a response of any kind?
