Zendesk library no longer work

Hi All,

I setup Algolia for Zendesk plugin a couple weeks ago and everything was working great. Everything was working instantly and I even styled it pretty extensively to match our styles. Since then, we’ve transitioned out of the trial period with Algolia and I’m now getting an error in our Help Center (support.myhubapp.com) that says the following:

Uncaught ReferenceError: algoliasearchZendeskHC is not defined

Our document head looks exactly like the suggested code on the setup page. (I’d post a snippet of code here but I keep getting an error with discourse too!)

Any ideas on what’s going on with Zendesk?

Sorry about that. I’ve taken a look at your HC and it seems that one of the script tag hasn’t been closed properly

As you can see, you’re missing a closing script tag at the end of the first line. Go back to your HC, edit the header again, add it, and this should work.
